FIRKINS ON THE BAR
Our Seattle Beer Week festivities continue this Friday May 18th at 5pm with a special "Firkin Night". We will offer 4 Firkins on the bar including XPA cellared since October 2011 and dry-hopped with Amarillo, Salmon Bay ESB aged in a bourbon barrel for 3 months, "Devil's Islander" which has been dry-hopped for 3 weeks with Fresno chilies and lime zest, and Bosun's Black Porter dry-hopped for 3 weeks with toasted shaved coconut which has been marinated in coconut rum. We also will be pouring a special Imperial IPA Double Dry-hopped on the beer engine. This Imperial has been dry-hopped for 3 weeks in the keg with ample amounts of Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops. We then dry-hopped it again for the past few days with Cascade leaf, Chinook leaf, and a little Summit. Slap in the face hoppy!
