Maritime Pacific Unveils a Bevy of Events Celebrating the 2012 Seattle Beer Week

It may be hard to top last year’s line up of events for Seattle Beer Week which included the first ever Guest Tap Takeover in the Jolly Roger Taproom and the Official Opening Party for SBW.  This year’s line up is proving to be as fun and exciting.  Events for the 2012 SBW include the following:

·     Friday, May 11th – Decompression Strong Ale Release Party (5pm to Close.) Celebrate the release of Maritime Pacific’s latest seasonal offering, Decompression Strong Ale. We will have firkins of 2011 & 2012 Decompression as well as 2011 Bourbon Barrel Aged Decompression.
·       Tuesday, May 15th – Jolly Roger Vertical Tasting (5pm til their gone.) The 1997, 2004, 2007, 2010, & 2011 vintages of Jolly Roger will be available for sampling. Be sure to pick your favorite. Sample trays will be available along with special Jolly Roger appetizers.
·          Friday, May 18th – Firkin Friday! (5pm to Close.) Can one turn down 6 cask conditioned Real Ales? The line up for this event includes: the Devils Islander (Islander aged with Fresno Chiles and Lime Zest,) Coconut-Rum aged Bosun’s Black, Bourbon Barrel Aged Salmon Bay Bitter, Special Imperial (a mammoth-ly dry hopped Imperial,) and XPA Harvest Ale as well as a special cask treat.
·     Saturday, May 19th – Jolly Roger Taproom Parking Lot Party (1pm to 5pm.) Because of the popularity of last year’s Official Kick-Off Party, the parking lot of the Jolly Roger Taproom will again be blocked off for a special summertime party.  Food will be available as well as beers and live music.
